ATGA will host a trade seminar and retail tour, attend offshoot industry events, and invite exporters and exporting growers to participate.

This exclusive opportunity will help raise the profile of Australian table grapes in Thailand, while giving participants the chance to showcase their business to retailers, wholesalers, importers and buyers. The program also includes attendance at a Hort Innovation Taste of Australia event at Gourmet Market, along with an Austrade briefing.

The retail tour will give growers and exporters valuable insight into the retail options available to Thai consumers. The program will cover a range of tiered retail formats, including supermarkets, hypermarts, big-box retailers and, where appropriate, fresh wholesale markets.

The Australian Table Grape International Trade Seminar Tour is part of both the table grape international marketing program and the table grape market access and trade development projects. These projects are funded by Hort Innovation using the table grape research and development and marketing levies. R&D projects also receive contributions from the Australian Government.
