Australia’s table grape supply chain members are banding together as part of a new traceability pilot project.

The Australian Table Grape Association is partnering with Agriculture Victoria to lead a traceability pilot for the 2022 table grape season.

As part of the table grape supply chain, we’re embracing new traceability practices to ensure Australia’s products stay front of mind.

Unique and serialised GS1 Digital Link-enabled QR code labels have been applied to table grape products, allowing automated sharing of data with every business in the supply chain.  Everyone from farmer to consumer can authenticate the food’s origin and engage with the brand through an open platform smartphone scan.
