Vanilla mascarpone tartlet with honey roasted black grapes

The combination of creamy marscarpone and sweet honey roasted grapes makes this a treat for the tastebuds.

Ingredients:

Vanilla mascarpone
tartlet shell
Australian black grapes
Honey
Thyme leaves

Method:

To roast your black grapes simply heat your oven to 180◦C and top your grapes with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of thyme leaves and bake for 15-20 mins.
