Vine magazine • August 2023

The August edition of our industry magazine, the Vine, is out now.

This edition is a mixed bag of delights, with topics as diverse as trade promotion and export, business health, levies, labour, biosecurity and much more.

The magazine includes insights into the 2022/23 table grape export season and some helpful hints for export registration.

We take a look at the levy system, how it works, and what it has achieved for levy payers across the past 21 years, hear from ATGA CEO Jeff Scott about Hort Innovation’s Reset and Refresh activity and improved industry advice mechanisms, and receive an industry development update on what’s happened over winter.

We empower growers to ask the right questions to understand how healthy and fit their business is, preview Asia Fruit Logistica, and speak to the ATGA board’s Queensland delegate Zoë Dichiera.

All this and more in this edition.
