Win tickets to the XI International Symposium on Irrigation of Horticultural Crops

Hort Innovation is a platinum sponsor of next year’s XI International Symposium on Irrigation of Horticultural Crops.

Presented by Agriculture Victoria, the Instituto de Agricultura Sostenible (IAS-CSIC, Spain) and the University of Melbourne, and under the aegis of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS), the Symposium will be at Tatura SmartFarm, Victoria, from January 18-23, 2026. More information can be found here: https://www.irrigation2026.com.au/

In conjunction with Agriculture Victoria, Hort Innovation is providing 3 two-day tickets to table grape growers.

These tickets will allow growers to attend the symposium research and development sessions, presentations and workshop on Tuesday, January 20, as well as the Wednesday (January 21) technical tour around the Goulburn Valley.

The offer does not include accommodation or general transport costs, except for bus transport during the Wednesday field day.

The workshop theme will be “Sustaining future orchard profitability in years with reduced access to irrigation water”. Discussions will cover the use of AI, cutting-edge irrigation technology and innovative agronomic practices to mitigate financial risks associated with low water availability in modern orchards.
